The team behind the development of Klikit-Linux will not be responsible in any way.Once you download the .iso you will have to use a burning program such as k3b, Brasero or Nero. Do NOT burn the .iso as data, you have to burn it as a (CD/DVD) image. in the current DVD version: * quicktime * w32codecs * The Gimp and extras * OpenOffice (it comes with KOffice) - When you install to HD it will install a base of OpenOffice * Kompozer * Games * Akregator (RSS feed reader) * Kasablanca (ftp client) * Konversation (IRC Client) * KTorrent (Bit torrent Client) * Kaffeine * KAudioCreator * VLC * Kontact * KArm * Katapult * KMouseTool * Skim * KDE Groupware Wizard * Some development libraries * linux-headers * language packages (they are reinstalled during the HD installation) * some fonts (mainly Arabian, African and Asiatic)
All these programs can be installed using APT or Synaptic.
For Quicktime and the w32codecs you can use the wizards that you will find in the START_HERE folder on the desktop. |
